Support the Property Manager with daily operations of assigned propertiesServe as a point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional mannerAssist with leasing activities including scheduling tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreementsCoordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completionTrack rent payments, assist with collections, and maintain accurate tenant recordsHelp prepare reports, budgets, and general administrative documentationMaintain compliance with company policies and local housing regulationsSupport move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections. 1–3+ years of property management or real estate experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with property management systems (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) is a plusAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
