In this role, you can expect to: • Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service • Attain personal sales targets for new activations, upgrades, and accessories monthly • Work with management on inventory management, controls • Participate in sales generation through non-traditional retail prospecting methods • Grow the customer base and retain existing customers by providing an excellent customer shopping experience • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of wireless promotions, products, and services • Maintain clean and professional appearance of wireless store location • Prioritize your work according to the store and management needs • Communicate frequently with managers and co-workers • Understand and follow TA safety guidelines, as well as all company policies and procedures • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
