We can meet you at any skill level, whether you are just starting your career or have years of experience under your belt.  WHAT YOU’LL DO:<ul><li>Comply with safety and environment guidelines, policies, and regulations. </li><li>Read and interpret the guideline of the PWHT procedures. </li><li>Review sketches for material types and wall thickness  </li><li>Troubleshoot problems and repair as needed. </li><li>Work closely with bay loaders to have spools moved around.  </li><li>Work closely with QC to get procedures on stressing spools according to job requirements.  </li><li>Must be able to run overhead crane and know how to rig pipe. </li><li>Set up welds for local and/or furnace.  </li><li>Be able to identify and protect all flange faces, thread ends and specialty parts that require heat thread. This role will collaborate with the Design team to secure pre-sales and post-sales requirements, requiring a strong understanding of Audio-Visual principles, practices, and design. The Sales Engineer must have substantial communication skills to interface with clients, architects, contractors, project managers, and company staff. This role will work directly with Customers, Sales & AV Designers. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Research, design, and engineering from simple to complex AV systems</li><li>Attend sales meetings and job walks</li><li>Create Project Closeout Documents</li><li>Responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the Sales team as the key technical advisor</li><li>Acting as lead Sales Engineer during the presales process through solution implementation</li><li>Providing support to the Design Team in requirement identification, solution design, and customer presentation for Audio-Visual Project Opportunities</li><li>Providing discovery (on-site/remote) support to capture environmental details</li><li>Architecting cost effect, reliable, supportable, Audio-Visual designs based on the client's needs analysis</li><li>Meet with the client to develop a clear and concise project requirements document for each project</li><li>Developing detailed Scope of Works for Audio-Visual Projects</li><li>Creating and modifying documentation, Scopes of Works (SOW), line drawings (DRW), Bill of Materials (BOM), and Site Survey (SSRV) as required</li><li>Interacting in person, by phone, &/or by e-mail directly with client management and end-users</li><li>Responsible for articulating technology and product positioning to both business and technical users</li><li>Identifying all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process</li><li>Demonstrating continued technical education through vendor and/or industry certification achievement</li><li>Delivering technology training to Sales and customers as requested</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years experience within the audio visual industry</li><li>Minimum of 2 years experience in engineering & design</li><li>Extensive knowledge of signal flow for audio, video, control, and networking.</li><li>AVIXA, CTS, and CTS-D certifications preferred</li><li>Certifications in Crestron, Extron, Shure, Planar, Biamp, AMX, QSC, Polycom, Cisco, and others</li><li>Competent use of MS Office, Visio and Database Programs with high attention to detail</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Medical/Dental/Vision/Life</li><li>401K with company matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Powered by JazzHR

This position requires working closely with project managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and clients to complete projects on time, within budget, and with excellent quality.Responsibilities and Duties:<ul><li>Responsible for running an AV project crew and will assume responsibility for effective performance and provide necessary training.</li><li>Responsible for adhering to the company’s and client’s safety guidelines.</li><li>Coordinates with the project manager to ensure productivity, job completion, and compliance with the budget.</li><li>Serves are the main on-site customer contact for questions and/or concerns.</li><li>Performs work consistently, demonstrating a detailed level of technical knowledge and being able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Be self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of AV installation experience.</li><li>Ability to read and implement construction and signal flow drawings.</li><li>High standards of workmanship on cabling, lacing, soldering, and crimping.</li><li>Ability to test completed systems fully for both engineering specifications and operational functionality.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues as they arise.</li><li>Network cabling is a plus.</li><li>CTS certifications are a plus.</li><li>Familiar with Extron, Crestron, AMX, and Audio DSP Systems, manufacturer’s certifications are a plus.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Medical/Dental/Vision/Life</li><li>401K with company matching</li><li>Paid Time Off</li></ul>Powered by JazzHR
