Role Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive surgical management of benign and malignant breast disease, including breast cancer and high-risk patients * Participate actively in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborative care planning * Work closely with medical oncology, radiation oncology, breast imaging, pathology, genetics, and supportive services to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care * Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, program development, and clinical pathway advancement within the Breast Program * Support a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement aligned with PSCI's mission and values Qualifications & Requirements: * MD or DO * Completion of an ACGME-accredited General Surgery residency * Fellowship training in Breast Surgery or Surgical Oncology with a breast-focused practice * Board certified or board eligible in General Surgery * Eligibility for medical licensure in Washington State * Strong commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits: * Compensation is between $413,634 and $491,550 per year * Competitive, guaranteed base salary with productivity and quality incentive opportunities * Sign-on and relocation assistance available * Generous CME allowance with paid CME time * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, malpractice coverage, and paid time off * Supportive onboarding, established clinic infrastructure, and strong operational leadership support The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
