Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a directly related field AND nine (9) years of relevant work experience, including five (5) years of team lead, supervisory or management experience; OR, Any combination of education and experience that has been achieved and is equivalent to the stated education and experience and required knowledge, skills, and abilities sufficient to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this job. The manager ensures innovation activities align with business needs, coordinates cross-department collaboration, evaluates emerging technologies, and manages resources, timelines, and budgets associated with innovation work.
