Under direction, assists physicians with patient care, health education/promotion, electronic medical record (EMR) chart management, coordination of patient care, and clinical protocols as needed this role works as a clinical expert clinician to provide seamless service for patients with heart conditions, involving advanced clinical assessment, symptom management, medications management, patient education, and psychological care. Prepares patient for stress testing procedure, including patient interviews, obtaining medical history, obtaining patient consent and signatures, and conducting patient teaching related to nuclear imaging procedure including risks and complications.
