Determines and certifies net revenue calculations for use in the college's revenue sharing models; manages resources and revenue models across multiple restricted accounts for the college, its schools, and individual faculty members; maintains operating budgets and ensures accounting processes are conducted within University guidelines; develops and maintains reporting; mechanisms associated with college revenue-sharing for entrepreneurial, self-generating, and sponsored enterprises of the college; manages and reports on college-wide resource allocation and revenue sharing; facilitates the successful application and use of the performance model used by the college and its schools to ensure the success and profitability of summer term. Oversee daily operations through collaboration with the college's executive leadership and department leaders, performing various administrative tasks; build and develop relationships with all employees of the college for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help to define new operational strategies, working with the executive leadership on special projects; oversees strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of leadership and departmental heads; assists and communicates with college leadership in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
