What you’ll do Build and manage a warm pipeline (internet leads, walk-ins, local events, referrals). Consult with individuals and small businesses to match needs with Auto, Home, Life, and supplemental products. Participate in highly successful protocols to fuel your success. Educate and advise our clients on how to protect their family and their livliehood. Be a community champion—events, sponsorships, and social content that highlight how we help neighbors recover from the unexpected. What success looks like (your first 12 months) Consistent monthly premium targets met or exceeded. Quote-to-bind rate improving quarter over quarter. Strong retention and cross-sell from proactive policy reviews. Cultivating your own personal following with raving-fan reviews. Are coachable, resilient, and comfortable on the phone, text, and video. Hold or willing to obtain a Florida P&C and/or Life & Health license (we’ll help).
