The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design with a focus on hardgood graphics, creating both digital and trade marketing materials. As a Graphic Designer you will assist the Creative Director, Marketing and Product teams.  Key responsibilities of this position:<ul><li>Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand objectives and target audience.</li><li>Assist in the design process for hardgood graphics, including top sheets, base graphics, and sidewall designs, ensuring they are visually appealing and reflect the brand's aesthetic.</li><li>Contributes logo and art needs for softgoods. </li><li>Create engaging marketing materials such as advertisements, catalogs, packaging, and digital assets that effectively communicate brand messaging and product features.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry developments, and competitor analysis to continuously innovate and elevate the brand's design standards.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to provide creative/design support as needed, expanding the reach of our services within the organization.</li><li>Responsible for managing all files needed to complete projects with foreign and domestic vendors. Includes using a clear and organized file system that is continually backed up.</li><li style="list-style-type:none"> </li></ul>What We're Looking For:This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent combination of relevant experience.  Other qualifications include: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the action sports industry.</li><li>Experience working within retail a plus</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in hardgood graphics, marketing materials, and graphic design</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Passion for winter sports and a deep understanding of the culture and lifestyle associated with the industry.</li><li>Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, after effects and InDesign.</li><li>Content management capabilities </li><li>Fluent communication skills in English </li></ul> What We’ll Provide This role is part of the Amer Sports Winter & Outdoor category of Brands – located in the city of Park City, Utah.   We offer a great working environment in the sports industry with talented & passionate colleagues all over the world!  Other benefits and perks include:  <ul><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Medical, dental and vision </li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">401k with company match</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Life insurance, pre-tax transit benefit program</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Discounts on Amer Sports products</li></ul> Amer Sports is an equal opportunity employer.
