As our Graphic Designer, you'll create the visual assets that power our social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and brand presence. No degree required — just a strong portfolio and the ability to design fast without compromising quality.</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES<br/>Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and ads<br/>Create branded templates for recurring content types<br/>Production-design landing page assets and web visuals as needed<br/>Collaborate with the content, growth, and social teams to fulfill creative requests<br/>Maintain visual consistency across the NoGigiddy brand system<br/>Iterate on designs based on performance feedback and A/B testing results<br/>REQUIREMENTS<br/>No degree required — portfolio required<br/>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma<br/>Strong understanding of typography, color, and layout<br/>Fast turnaround without sacrificing brand integrity<br/>Comfortable taking direction from briefs and iterating from feedback<br/>Experience designing for digital/social contexts preferred<br/>BENEFITS<br/>Pay of $18–$27/hr<br/>Part-time, flexible hours<br/>Fully remote<br/>Creative work with real brand impact<br/>Access to the full NoGigiddy earning opportunity network</p><p>Equal Opportunity Employer. Once a decision is made, the entire team commits to it and moves forward with one voice.</p><p>Apply: https://www.lsijax.com/careers/</p><p><strong>General Summary</strong></p><p>The Graphic Specialist I develop LSI training products by creating two- and three-dimension graphics and animation from photographs, video, script and/or storyboards utilizing graphics software.</p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p><p>•    Translates provided storyboards to create two/three-dimensional computer graphics which artistically represent materials used in support of LSI training products.<br/>•    Creates materials for interactive technologies (computer-based training), interactive courseware, web-based training, and distance learning training.
