This role is the "face" of our Jupiter sales office, acting as the primary point of contact for our walk-in clients and managing the transition from a creative concept to a physical product. In this role, you will greet walk-in clients, translate their ideas into professional designs, and help manage their projects through the production lifecycle. You must be able to pivot quickly between creative design work and active customer service, maintaining excellent communication and ensuring all files are print-ready and accurate. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Front-Counter Management: Serve as the primary representative of the organization at our Jupiter sales office with a friendly, welcoming attitude. Greet walk-in clients, answer phones, and manage the "front of house" experience.</li><li>Creative Consultation: Work directly with clients - in-person, via email, or by phone - to understand project requirements. Provide expert guidance on design concepts, material selection, and production options</li><li>Graphic Design: Produce professional, high-impact designs for a variety of projects across multiple production methods and ensure files are press-ready.</li><li>Order Entry & Estimating: Convey our expertise in products and services to clients. Accurately take and enter orders into our system, provide cost estimates, and collect payments.</li><li>Teamwork & Collaboration: Act as a proactive, dependable team player.
