Management of budget, schedule, quality, and technical performance of assigned project(s)• Strong written, verbal, and leadership skills• Review design drawings, shop drawings, and notify field of changes/issues• Ability to read, analyze, and understand design specifications, submittals, and contracts• Create and maintain project schedules• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion• Communicate with mechanical/electrical/structural engineers• Provide regular updates to the projects team and management on work performed, plans, budget, and overall status• Manpower planning, scheduling, and training to ensure adequate availability of skilled labor to complete major projects within committed budget/time/scope for multiple projects• Oversee and coordinate manpower on job sites• Follow and enforce site safety requirements• Identification and selection of subcontractors• Coordinate purchase and delivery of material and equipment to job sites• Implement risk management techniques• Assist in developing project estimates. The project manager would manage installations of commercial HVAC equipment including chillers, packaged units, split systems, VRF, air handlers, boilers, pumping systems, cooling towers, starters/VFDs/controls, and more.
