In collaboration with the EMSON Executive Director and the Associate Director, the Assistant Director assists with development, implementation, and ongoing assessment of online LPN-BSN and RN-BSN program initiatives; provides oversight of online undergraduate curriculum and didactic and clinical practicum experiences; serves as the first line of administrative contact for escalated student concerns within the online undergraduate programs; provides support to online undergraduate faculty and assists with course assignments; and supports the program in maintaining compliance with accrediting and regulatory bodies. The Assistant Director for Online Undergraduate Programs and Clinical Assistant Professor of Nursing is a 12-month faculty position responsible for providing forward-thinking leadership in planning, implementing, and evaluating online undergraduate programs in the Eleanor Mann School of Nursing (EMSON).
