Our goal is to secure commitments from these potential referral sources. Additionally, we aim to foster strong connections with our existing customers and referral partners through regular phone, online and in-person interactions, ensuring their continued loyalty and support. By maintaining active engagement, we enhance customer retention and strengthen our network of reliable referral sources. You are an individual that is, outgoing, neat, presentable, and with outstanding communication skills. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.  Your Primary Responsibilities:  <ul><li>Identify potential new customers and referral sources.</li><li>Develop and maintain contact database for potential partners</li><li>Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects.</li><li>Gain commitment from customers leading to referrals of those in need of restoration services.</li><li>Engagement with Plumbers, HVAC Contractors, Property Managers, Insurance Agents, Realtors and Others.</li><li>Complete weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner.</li><li>Attend weekly marketing and business development meetings.</li><li>Supports development customer segmentation and go-to-market strategy efforts  </li><li>Support development / delivery of presentations to prospective organizations.</li><li>Involvement in trade, community, and networking organizations, and participation in networking activities and events.</li><li>Regularly update CRM with notes from customer appointments</li><li>Perform customer follow-ups and sales pipeline management activities</li><li>Serve as a brand ambassador, you are representing the company on and off the clock</li></ul>Your Qualifications:  <ul><li>Overall interest in serving your communities and being a hero to your neighbors  </li><li>Ability to build rapport with clients in person, over the phone, via text or social media</li><li>Experience with online / social media / digital marketing</li><li>Experience or familiarity in the cleaning, restoration, construction industry </li><li>Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook</li><li>Excellent communication skills (We are a "communication company" that specializes in restoration!)</li><li>Ability to multi-task, in a complex and sometimes quickly changing environment</li><li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no suspensions in 3 years or major violation in 5 years)</li><li>Knowledge of Lee, Charlotte, Collier, Sarasota, Manatee County (Driving directions, etc.)</li><li>Willingness to undergo background check, drug test, and motor vehicle record pull </li><li>High school diploma/GED </li></ul>
