Collaborate with technical architects, engineering, and design teams to build best in class solutions (including websites, kiosks, and mobile apps powered by customer technologies like Adobe, Salesforce, ServiceNow, CRM, Custom Developed Solutions) for clients in a broad set of sectors, including the retail and/or quick service restaurant sector. Lead on client deliverables, including digital platforms, customer personas, journey maps, technology enablement, product capabilities and features, product roadmaps, and product backlogs utilizing knowledge of tools such as ADO, Jira, Confluence, and Fluid for road mapping and collaborative design and execution.
