The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in supporting the organization's people strategy by delivering HR services across a range of functional areas, including employee relations, training and development, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and onboarding. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment efforts, including coordinating interviews, facilitating onboarding, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience for exempt, non-exempt, temporary, and student positions as needed.
