In this role, you'll build innovative products that harness the full capabilities of Cross River's proprietary banking core, delivering exceptional solutions to both business and personal customers.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop deep understanding of customer needs and serve as a champion for our fintech partners</li><li>Balance quantitative data with qualitative customer insights to inform product decisions</li><li>Blend and balance product, design, creative, operational, and engineering perspectives, and be a valued partner to other teams in our company</li><li>Provide context and clarity, and project influence across compliance, operations, engineering, and our leadership team</li><li>Foster alignment among stakeholders on Online Banking vision, strategy, and shared ownership of results</li><li>Partner with design and engineering to own an ambitious product roadmap—from 01 innovation to continuous improvement and scaling</li><li>Navigate across product surfaces (growth, risk, core product) and platforms (mobile and web) to create a unified experience</li><li>Drive accountability - hold yourself and others accountable in service of great work. </li></ul>Qualifications:Required:<ul><li>3+ years of experience in product management or engineering roles</li><li>Proven experience building great software with responsibilities driving prioritization, timelines, and tradeoffs</li><li>Ability to provide clear context, hungry for clarity and simplicity, and drive focus in dynamic environment with multidisciplinary teams</li><li>Strategic thinking paired with pragmatic execution and a bias for action</li><li>Technical proficiency and effectiveness working with engineers</li><li>Successfully launched products on web or mobile platforms</li><li>Experience with directly regulated products in banking, insurance, wealth management, or treasury at a growth-stage company</li><li>Skilled at distilling complex problems into first principles</li><li>Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards for execution and customer experience</li><li>Energy and presence that elevates the team around you</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience building online banking platforms and/or API-driven products</li><li>Understanding of business banking segments (sole proprietors, small businesses, commercial clients)</li><li>Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tools</li></ul> #LI-KR1 #LI-HybridSalary Range: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00<div class="content-conclusion">Cross River is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
