p>The Director will administer Butler professional development activities for the college faculty (full and part time), and maintain collaborative relationships with the Faculty Development and Support Board of Oversight, EVPAA, Executive Deans, Division Deans, and faculty toward the enhancement of teaching and learning across the institution, at all locations, and through all delivery modes. Maintain continuous development in emerging trends in higher education generally and teaching/learning specifically, including external requirements (such as the Department of Education, Higher Learning Commission, Kansas Board of Regents, etc…).
