D. in Elementary Education Curriculum and Instruction, Subject Specific Preparation (e.g., Math, Science, Reading, Literacy, or Social Science Education) • Educational Leadership Administration K-12 or a related field • Experience in the leadership of Pre-K-12 schools at the principal or superintendent level is a plus • Degrees must be from regionally accredited institutions • Eligibility for NC teaching license required • Experience in teaching in online/digital environments is required • A brief virtual interview or lesson presentation may be required to demonstrate competency • Blackboard Learning Management System experience is beneficial. Specifically, we are looking for engaging instructors from a variety of backgrounds, such as literacy, reading, math, science, social studies, arts, music, physical education, psychology, classroom management, education research, curriculum, and instruction, education leadership, and principal preparation.
