As an Academic Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the central hub of the Physics Department and the Mathematics, Computer Science, & Statistics Department housed in Olin Hall and the Department of Health & Exercise Science and the Sport Management Program in the Lund Center at Gustavus Adolphus College. Within Olin Hall, act as primary contact for building, classroom, restroom, common area, office, key, and equipment maintenance, upkeep, and safety, collaborating with Facilities, Campus Safety, Gustavus Technology Services, and the Office of the Registrar.
