Working under the direction of the Instructional Design & Academic Operations Manager, the Instructional Design Generalist helps build course content, troubleshoot LMS and course resource issues, support faculty in navigating course platforms, and conduct pre-launch quality checks to ensure courses are functional, accessible, and ready for students. Provide just-in-time assistance to faculty on basic LMS tasks such as locating course materials, editing pages, viewing assignments, managing course resources, reviewing student submissions, and understanding course navigation.
