A successful Corrections Deputy Warden exhibits excellent supervisor qualities to provide leadership to lower level staff, excellent communication skills, applies good judgement, is organized, pays close attention to details, meets deadlines, follows and enforces rules/policies/procedures, and promotes teamwork. Are you at least nineteen (19) years of age and have successfully completed the training program at the Mississippi Department of Corrections or the equivalent within another state, as approved by the Mississippi Department of Corrections?.
