p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: • Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with endorsement in early childhood education and special education (a ZS endorsement, or a ZA endorsement and another Special Education Endorsement) • OR • Meet criteria for Full Approval for ECSE Teacher in Michigan (Must possess a major or minor in early childhood education or child growth and development and a valid Michigan teaching certificate with a special education endorsement). S/He may initiate formal procedures according to the following steps:
Step 1 A written statement of the grievance signed by the complainant shall be submitted to the District's Civil Rights Coordinator within five (5) business days of receipt of answers to the informal complaint.
