Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience. Responsibilities <ul><li>Collaborate with company leadership, product and service teams, and salesto shape growth-oriented strategies.</li></ul><ul><li>Lead the development and implementation of a long-term marketing roadmap</li></ul><ul><li>Partner with leadership to create annual marketing plans aligned with business growth targets.</li></ul><ul><li>Define lead generation and pipeline strategies that align with buyer needs, market opportunities, and long-term business growth objectives.</li></ul><ul><li>Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), analytics, and reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision-making and maximize marketing ROI.</li></ul><ul><li>Create and implement a brand strategy.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure a cohesive and consistent brand presence across all channels.</li></ul><ul><li>Build, develop, and scale the marketing organization to meet evolving business needs.</li></ul> Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).Experience: 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior-level role. Experience with marketing tactics to drive sales pipeline growth, such as demand and lead generation, account-based marketing, and digital tacticsTravel: This position can be based out of either our Sioux Center, IA, Sioux Falls, SD, or Omaha, NE Offices.Travel will be required and will vary according to business requirements.
