Adjunct faculty play a crucial role in delivering high-quality instruction while fostering student engagement in a supportive Christian learning environment. Teaching opportunities may be available in undergraduate and graduate programs and vary by department and semester. Job Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:<ul><li>Teach courses in alignment with the university's mission and learning objectives.</li><li>Develop and implement effective instructional strategies that promote student engagement.</li><li>Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.</li><li>Utilize the university's learning management system (Canvas) for course management.</li><li>Maintain professionalism and adhere to university policies.</li><li>Communicate effectively and courteously with others, including employees, students, and the public, in a spirit of teamwork, respect, and service.</li><li>Serve as a Christian role model to students, both inside and outside the classroom.</li><li>Demonstrated experience working cross culturally with respect, appreciation and humility.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> We Are Looking for Candidates Who Have: <ul><li>A master's degree, or significant professional experience, in the relevant field (a doctoral degree may be required for certain disciplines).</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in subject matter and commitment to student learning.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>A commitment to integrating faith and learning within the academic discipline.</li><li>Legal authorization to work in the United States.
