Have familiarity with operating and maintaining moderate complexity level tools and machinery, such as a forklift, aerial lift, drain snake, table saw, core drill, stand behind skid steers, jack hammer, jumping jack. Perform regular, moderately difficult repairs, preventative maintenance and improvements to facility fixtures and systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofs, building exteriors, painting, drywall, carpentry and concrete.
