p>Major Responsibilities Include: Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Custodian will:
• Clean and sanitize designated area • Empty trash, sweep, mop, and vacuum all offices, classrooms, hallways, and restrooms in your area • Wipe down all windows and blinds • Clean, dust, and wipe down all furniture • Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc.
