Manage patients with advanced cardiac support devices when appropriately trained and recently experienced, including CRRT, Impella, ECMO, and IABP . Experience with advanced devices such as CRRT, Impella, ECMO, or IABP is highly preferred for night-shift candidates, though candidates do not need experience with all devices.
