Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience successfully overseeing an ambulatory clinic operation (including RN, LVN, and MA staff) OR equivalent nursing leadership experience within a high-volume, outpatient setting. Team Supervision: Hire, retain, coach, develop, and supervise RN Case Managers, Clinic RNs, Medical Assistants (MAs), and other clinic team members, actively fostering an engaged and healthy workforce.
