Essential tasks and duties include providing ongoing assessments of physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of the patient and family, provide education, supervision and counseling to the client and their family/caregiver regarding care needs as appropriate to client's needs, providing accurate and appropriate documentation of patient/family services.
