Patient population includes hypertension, magnesium administration, substance abuse medication management, epidurals, fetal monitoring, and a high volume of low-risk patients needing intermittent monitoring. Unit includes 9 LDR, 2 OB OR, 2 OB PACU, 11 Level II NICU, 4-bed Peds, 20-bed Mother/Baby unit, 18-bed START unit for Perinatal Addiction, and 3 OB ED beds (20 weeks and above).
