The Director, Emergency Services, Multi Campus maintains overall accountability for clinical practice and patient care delivery, quality and patient safety, Emergency Department throughput and patient flow, human resources and workforce performance, financial management, regulatory and accreditation compliance, patient experience, employee engagement, leadership development, and performance improvement across all three Emergency Departments. The Director, Emergency Services, Multi Campus is accountable for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, coordinating, and promoting Emergency Services in the delivery of safe, high-quality, efficient, patient-centered care across the health system.
