Directs and manages the implementation, development, and continuous improvement of company-wide Workers Compensation, additional casualty lines of insurance, leave administration, and return-to-work programs to care for employees, minimize the impact of absenteeism and reduce the financial impact to the business. Oversight of Casualty Lines of Insurance Claims (50%): Directs the GL, Auto, and Workers Compensation (WC) Program, which includes responsibility for overseeing the reserving practices, adherence to special handling instructions, and third-party vendor management by the Third Party Administrator (TPA).
