In this role, you will work closely with our clients to ensure their successful adoption of VideoAmp''s platform and solutions, including the setup and configuration of campaigns, integrations, and data flows, and with our internal teams, such as Sales, Account Management, and Engineering, to ensure a seamless and successful client experience. As the Manager, Delivery, you will lead and develop a team of Delivery Analysts, Delivery Managers, and Delivery Leads who serve as the primary client-facing owners of the post-contract experience, including onboarding, reporting, and day-to-day measurement delivery.
