As a Portfolio Community Association Manager, you will serve as the primary advisor and relationship manager to the Boards of Directors within an assigned portfolio of condominium communities concentrated in Bowie and Prince George’s County, Maryland. You will lead the operational, financial, and strategic performance of each Association while guiding Boards, overseeing vendors and capital projects, monitoring property conditions, and coordinating communication among community stakeholders.
