Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key cross-functional teams (Retail, Retail Finance, Inventory Control, Legal, Logistics, Training, After Sales, CRM, Merchandising, Store Planning) to facilitate coordination and ensure alignment on shared objectives across the Americas. Project Management (Store Development & Initiatives): Support the Senior Manager, Retail Operations in managing the project portfolio, acting as the primary project manager for new store openings, renovations, and relocations across the Americas.
