Lead commercial and contract-management activities throughout the supplier lifecycle, including analyzing and administering SOWs, amendments, service levels, pricing, deliverables, and other obligations; lead or support complex sourcing events, renewal strategies, negotiations, and dispute resolution in partnership with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and business and technology leaders. Operate independently across multiple complex priorities with exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, urgency, and follow-through; maintain complete and accurate documentation, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, improve supplier-management processes, and escalate material issues appropriately.
