Responsibilities include providing technical support to staff and students, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and classroom technology issues, managing school-issued devices and technology inventory, maintaining technology systems to maximize instructional continuity, and supporting the school's use of data through analysis, reporting, dashboards, and visualizations that help leaders and teams monitor progress and make informed decisions. Maintain the integrity of schoolwide data systems while developing reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide school leaders with timely, accurate, and meaningful information to monitor progress, communicate results, and support data-informed decision-making across the organization.
