Qualifications:Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of enterprise networking, operating systems and Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), endpoint management, identity management, modern cloud-based productivity & security solutions and related procedures, troubleshooting procedures, networking devices, printers, faxes and other network peripherals, back-up system and recovery procedures, and telephone systems, and related equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Own, manage, and continuously improve the IT helpdesk, support processes, service request workflows, knowledge base articles, and user support experience while maintaining accurate documentation and issue tracking.
