Design, code, test, maintain, document, and implement computer applications Partner with campus units to implement, configure, and support business applications; Help analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues Develop business reports for functional teams; Work with IT System Administrators to implement roles and access procedures to secure university data Work with third party vendors to integrate software with the Universitys enterprise systems; Consider data and security needs protecting the assets of the University; Work with IT Data Engineers to implement data synchronization between systems. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field Experience with SQL and developing database queries Experience developing in at least one programming language Ability to effectively analyze and solve complex problems Ability to effectively communicate technical procedures and concepts, both in writing and verbally to individuals without a technical background Experience working in a team environment and ability to work independently with limited supervision Demonstrated experience and understanding of quality customer service.
