In operation for more than 60 years, University Radiology staffs, manages and provides preliminary and final subspecialty interpretations and consultative support for hospitals, imaging centers and other medical facilities, and serves as the academic radiology faculty at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. The CTO is responsible for the strategy, architecture, security, and day-to-day operation of every system that touches image acquisition, interpretation, reporting, and distribution — from PACS/RIS/VNA and AI diagnostic tools to network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and the end-user helpdesk.
