The analyst supports a professional, responsive, compliant, and service-oriented workplace by managing employee and election-worker personnel processes; coordinating with Metropolitan Government human resources, benefits, risk management, and other departments; maintaining confidential personnel records; monitoring required training; and assisting employees with leave, benefits, workplace concerns, and related matters. Bachelor's degree in human resources, public administration, business administration, management, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university; and at least three years of progressively responsible human resources, personnel administration, payroll, benefits, employee relations, or public-sector administrative experience.
