Analyze and manage the human resource information systems and recommend process improvements, system enhancements, and improve user experience; gather requirements from functional team to gain knowledge of business processes to contribute to definition, design, and documentation of processes. Responsible for day-to-day maintenance, management, and projects related to the Oracle HCM platform, including requirement-gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
