Serve as a banking and payments SME while developing the team and external relationships - lead cross-functional treasury projects; coach and develop staff with direct management as the function scales; manage banking partners, payment processors, custodians, and technology vendors including pricing negotiation, service reviews, and bank fee analysis; partner across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Claims, and the clinical and provider organizations. A bit about this role: As a senior member of Devoted Health's treasury and cash management function, the Senior Treasury Manager will partner with the Treasury Director to lead treasury and cash management activities across our operating, regulated, and clinical entities - and to build the treasury infrastructure required to support potential expansion into international markets and into commercial lines of business.
