The Strategic Business System Analyst is responsible for supporting the Collections Management team and internal departments with a variety of requests including reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business and user needs, documenting business requirements, defining scope and objectives and formulating business solutions. Work closely with IT on projects, specifically where multiple systems (i.e. CSS IMPACT, Data Warehouse) are involved in a change, or where testing is needed of IT enhancements as they relate to collections/onboarding.
