Hands-on technical skills with enterprise low-code and AI tooling (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, approved Azure AI services), basic scripting (Python, SQL), modern endpoint management, and workflow automation - able to build small prototypes and automations and read code well enough to engage credibly with engineering teams. The Site IT Manager represents all IT services at the site, owns site specific digital roadmap and technology adoption, local execution and outcomes, and partners with regional and global IT teams to ensure enterprise capabilities are delivered effectively at the plant and techcenter level.
