We are seeing a help desk technician Provide technical support, manage assigned projects, and provide leadership in the areas of technology usage. Essential Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide awesome customer service skills to end users including listening, problem solving, education and follow-up.</li><li>Provide technical assistance and support for incoming tickets related to computer systems, software, and hardware.</li><li>Resolve problems to end user's satisfaction.</li><li>Assist in the documentation and management of tickets from creation to resolution.</li><li>Assist in the documentation and management of changes and projects in IT ticketing software.</li><li>Respond quickly and effectively to in person requests, email and phone call on technical issues.</li><li>Process tickets based on SLA policy.</li><li>Create manuals for technical training.</li><li>Train end users on hardware and software functionality.</li><li>Install, modify, repair and test computer hardware, software, and peripherals.</li><li>Assist with onboarding of new users.</li><li>Assist with maintaining Azure active directory information.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Two-year associates or technical degree ( or higher) in information technology curriculum, or 1 year of IT helpdesk support experience.</li><li>Epic interpersonal and customer service communication skills.</li><li>Ability to quickly determine root cause issues.</li><li>Exceptional teamwork and leadership skills to help other technical support team members.</li><li>Microsoft Windows PC and server operating systems.</li><li>Apple IOS operating system.</li><li>Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Basic skills in PowerPoint.</li><li>Working experience with LAN and WAN environments.</li><li>Organized, self-motivated, good judgement, attentive to detail, and good prioritization skillsets.</li><li>Ability to attain and promote good employee relationships.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with other employees.</li><li>Ability to learn new technologies and implement them.</li></ul>
