This position is responsible for providing technical assistance to end users, coordinating resources, escalating issues to the appropriate support specialty, and maintaining IT assets. Job will include periods of standing, walking, reaching, stooping/kneeling, and bending with long periods of sitting, viewing computer screens.

Summary:This position is responsible for providing technical assistance to end users, coordinating resources, escalating issues to the appropriate support specialty, and maintaining IT assets. Main Duties and Responsibilities:Installs, configures, and maintains desktop & laptop PCs, tablets, and peripherals such as printers, and other relevant office equipment.Creates users and manages account accesses.Analyzes & implements security measure for computer/information systems.Responds to telephone calls, emails, and personnel request for IT tech support.Documents, tracks, & monitors IT issues thoroughly & accurately to ensure timely responses.Identifies, researches, analyzes, & resolves employee technical computer related issues.Escalates, both accurately & timely, problems requiring on-site hardware or configuration changes.Installs computer software for users as needed.Tests computer hardware and software performance.            Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements:Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or other related field preferred, Bachelors in same a plus1 or more years of computer experience, and/or technical support preferred, with strong emphasis on customer service.Good working knowledge of IT Applications in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and desktop software/operating systems needed. Basic knowledge of desktop hardware & network connectivity.Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.Should be multi-tasker, with excellent deductive reasoning & troubleshooting skills.Must possess self-direction abilities, but also be able to function well in a teamwork style work atmosphere.Should be able to prioritize tasks to meet departmental and organizational goals.Ability to be on call 24/7 on a rotating basis with other team members. Shift:Mon-Fri, Day Shift, 8am – 5pm; with on call hours, as required. Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurances401k plan, with 4% employer matching upon meeting eligibility requirementsEmployer paid life insurance Voluntary benefits-Supplemental life, cancer, accident, etc.PTO, 6 Paid Holidays Working Conditions:Job will include periods of standing, walking, reaching, stooping/kneeling, and bending with long periods of sitting, viewing computer screens. Business Systems Analysts consult with stakeholders to gather and define requirements; configure and implement new systems and/or enhance existing systems; write and execute test plans; troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues; deliver training and guidance to end users and system/service owners; develop and maintain system documentation; prepare robust reports to enhance strategic business decisions.Specific Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties:<ul><li>Serve as a subject matter expert for a complex business system</li><li>Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of business systems</li><li>Consult with various stakeholders to gather requirements</li><li>Identify and analyze requirements to define scope, objectives, and feasibility</li><li>Modify and configure systems to meet business needs and stakeholder requirements</li><li>Develop, analyze, and maintain new or current system processes and workflows</li><li>Compile data from various databases and/or sources; display and analyze data</li><li>Prepare robust technical reports and create diagrams, workflow maps, or other visuals to facilitate enhanced system understanding</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and implement new systems and solutions, or identify enhancements to existing systems; define requirements and specifications</li><li>Develop and execute test plans and scripts, as well as other quality assurance measures; lead testing such as user acceptance, performance, security, usability, etc.</li><li>Collect user feedback regarding system performance and work with team to prioritize configuration requests</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional IT staff to streamline solution implementations</li><li>Provide advanced customer service and functional support to end-users in area of expertise</li><li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues</li><li>Maintain relationships with vendors; work with vendors on bug fixes, new features, and proper use of products</li><li>Assist with implementing “workarounds” when system issues affect operations or when resources are limited</li><li>Assist in writing specifications used by developers for automation of business processes</li><li>Participate in the implementation of system patches, updates, and maintenance</li><li>Develop and provide trainings, demonstrations, and regular communication to end-users</li><li>Maintain records of system integrations, changes, and incidents</li><li>Lead portions of large tasks or projects; build and maintain project management skills</li><li>May lead and mentor other Business Systems Analysts and technical staff</li><li>Maintain awareness of accessibility, compliance, and security polices and guidelines</li></ul>Education, Experience, and LicensesFour plus years progressive related experience and/or training required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.ERP experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
