Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to troubleshooting classroom AV and projection systems, monitoring equipment requests and reservations, tracking and organizing equipment intake, stock and storage and communal working areas, assisting with AV Services projects and preparing equipment, minor equipment installations, helping to maintain the Classroom Technology, classroom database and website, providing event technology setup assistance and basic camera and audio operation, and working directly with the AV manager as needed to perform administrative, planning or project prep task. Information Services consists of four major functional areas: Customer Experience, which serves as the key contact point for interactions with campus clients and customers; Applications & Middleware, which manages and supports applications, integration services, identity management and data management; Information Security, which helps protect virtual or physical information; and Technology Infrastructure, which provides administration and support for the software, hardware, and services needed to support the campus IT environment.
