Qualifications: Masters level degree in related field or equivalent education, graduate certificates, or professional certifications in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital transformation, data governance, technology leadership, or related disciplines from accredited universities or recognized professional organizations are preferred. Lead vendor and contract management for enterprise systems, including capital and operating budgets, forecasts, vendor performance measures, and coordination with Legal, Finance, and Compliance on contract terms, data sharing, regulatory requirements, and protection of Member information and Navy Mutual intellectual property.
